The Yin (co-being) and Yang (be active in the world) qualities of compassion have a common denominator: caring. True compassion requires an even balance of both yin and yang. Participants in this workshop will learn to know and practice the yin and yang of self-compassion and acquire new skills to empower themselves and the world with more compassion.
